How soon do we ship parts?
We will do our best to ship in-stock parts orders the same day as long as you ordered before 2:00 PM ET (Monday – Friday). If they do not ship the same day they will ship the next day. Special order parts will take 1-2 weeks delivery. Boat shipments will take 2-4 days to prep and ship depending on freight pick up and destination.

We ship orders Monday – Friday excluding USPS and UPS holidays.
How we ship?
Most parts will ship via a standard parcel carrier. In the United States we typically ship by UPS or US Postal Service. Shipments to post office boxes must always be made by the United States Postal Service. UPS will not deliver to a PO. Box
Where We Ship?
We only ship within the United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and the Caribbean. Any shipping beyond these destinations are treated on a case by case basis
Shipping Charge Information
When you place an order in our online store, the shipping charge is typically calculated at checkout based on weight of order. We will not ship until order is paid in full.
Parts and accessories:
- Less than 75 pounds in weight have their shipping cost confirmed at time of order.
- 76 to 150 pounds in weight will be charged $125 but final shipping will be confirmed prior to shipping.
Exact shipping charges for certain types of orders are not covered by the charges listed during checkout. This happens under the following circumstances:
- When expedited shipping (overnight, second day air, etc.) is requested.
- When orders are oversized and generate excess size surcharges by shipping companies.
- When orders are oversized and must be shipped by truck instead of standard parcel carriers.
- When orders are in excess of 150lbs in weight
Topaz Boats (Topaz & Uno)
The Topaz Uno and Taz come custom packaged on a pallet designed to keep the boat safe in transit. These boxes are oversized and we currently quote the delivery of each Topaz on an individual basis using UPS freight. Using UPS freight allows us to keep shipping costs very reasonable.
We have configured our shipping system to quote $500 for all boats however this is only a budget figure and we will call to confirm your final shipping cost.
Please note that because of the oversized nature of this product customers are fully responsible for any shipping costs related to returns as well as a restocking/packaging should you choose not to keep the boat.
All Other Topaz Boats and other boat lines
The other boats in the Topaz line and/or other boat lines are too big to be shipped via UPS freight. They can be transported on their trailer or by boat shipping companies. Quotes for these shipments can be obtained by contacting us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. We have good relationships with several boat shipping companies and even deliver them ourselves sometimes. We work very hard to get you the best shipping rates possible and to make the process easy for the customer.
Customer is responsible for checking package or pallet for damage. Both obvious and hidden damage at the time of receipt. Damage must be noted on the shipping ticket or Bill of Lading of the carrier. Damage will need to be reported to East Coast Sailboats, Inc at that time by calling (252) 489-3491.
