Customer satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you have a problem with your product (sizing, color, fit, warranty, defects, etc.) we will happily exchange or return it for you. We would ask for an email with a reason for the return, item description, order number and your contact information. Please review the following information:
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus the shipping charge. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping cost for the return will be paid by the client. Returns can be made outside 30 days and will be issued store credit. Please allow 5 days for return processing. Refund will be issued to the credit card used for original purchase.
Exchanges can also be made within 30 days. Shipment of replacement item will take place upon receipt of exchanged item. Shipping cost for the return will be paid by the client. Please let us know if your need is time sensitive and we can ship out the second item right away. Exchanges will re-ship via standard ground shipping.
Shipping of items back to East Coast Sailboats is the responsibility of the customer. Please include any original packaging material and a copy of your invoice if possible.

Oversized goods: Boats, masts, sails, and/or trailers. If you need to return an item shipped via LTL Freight and/or a specialty shipper, please contact us. We will follow up with instructions for returning the item. Restocking fees may apply.
