Self Bailer Blanking Plate

Generally only used by schools and clubs. This blanking plate fits inside the self bailer unit to blank off the part which would normally push through the boat to allow the self bailer to drain the cock pit. Ideal in situations where care is not always taken to ensure the self bailer has been locked shut before landing the boat. (This is when the self bailer is most likely to get broken). If this item is fitted the cockpit will fill with water.
